What is UYC?
The AWCF United Youth Conference (UYC) is the official national youth conference of the Apostolic World Christian Fellowship (AWCF).

When is UYC?
July 17-19, 2019. Check in is at 4:00pm EST. And checkout is 11:00am EST. Check in and check out is done at the Berthea Welcome Center which is the first building on the left as you enter from Highway 19.

Where is UYC being held?
UYC will be held at Lake Junaluska Conference and Retreat Center 91 North Lakeshore Drive Lake Junaluska, NC 28745

What is the age range for UYC?
All ages are welcome however the focus of UYC the material and activities are focused on 13-19 years old. Younger and older individuals will benefit from the conference but the focus will be on teens.

How much does UYC cost?
It is recommended to budget $200 per teen. This covers food, lodging, and registration.

How much does UYC cost for adults and chaperones?
There is a nice hotel onsite called the Lambuth Inn where adults and chaperones can stay if they are not planning on sleeping in the lodging rooms with the youth. These rooms can be booked as you would a hotel by calling 800-222-4930. Use our reservation number 22951. $79/night. Any children 11 years old or younger staying with their parents stay free of charge. Meal plan is $36/adult/day and $18/day for children ages 4-11 and free under 4.

Hoe do I register my group?
Call 800-222-4930. Use reservation number 22951. The conference center will ask for your email address and will send an email asking for your group’s information.

When are the funds due for registration?
One night’s stay is due at the time of registration and the balance upon arrival. The event coordinator will assist in calculating the deposit amount for your group.

  • Lake Junaluska is a drug-free and weapon-free retreat center.
  • Alcohol products are not permitted on property.
  • Tobacco products are not permitted inside any building on property.
  • Burning of incense or candles is prohibited in any building except for use in corporate worship (with prior approval).
  • No pets except service animals are allowed inside any facility on campus.
  • Children should be supervised at all times.
