Ladies Luncheon Makes a Comeback in 2025

GREENSBORO, NC - July 16, 2025

After years of absence, the Apostolic World Christian Fellowship (AWCF) Ladies Luncheon triumphantly returned on May 7th at 1:30 PM, igniting a fresh fire of sisterhood, praise, and apostolic empowerment. Held under the theme “She believed He could… so she did!” (Philippians 4:13), this long-awaited gathering of women of faith bore witness to the promise of Isaiah 43:19: “Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth.”

The atmosphere was rich with anointing as Director Irene Valverde and First Lady Anna Smith welcomed guests with heartfelt joy, marking a prophetic moment of restoration and revival. As women from across the fellowship and beyond came together, it was clear that this was not merely an event—it was a spiritual resurgence ordained by God.

Linda Tracy opened in fervent prayer, invoking the power and unity described in Acts 1:14, where the women continued in one accord in prayer and supplication. The IDJ Holy Praise Team led worship with power and purity, lifting the assembly into the courts of Heaven through song and celebration.

Attendees were deeply blessed by a special segment titled “10 Minutes of Wisdom,” where Amber Gardner, Beth Riley, and Merisa V. Espinoza each released a timely word, grounded in the truth of the Word and the authority of the Holy Ghost. Their words echoed Proverbs 31:26, “She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness.”

This was more than a luncheon. It was a divine appointment. Testimonies flowed, prayers rose like incense, and the Spirit confirmed the truth that God is raising up women for such a time as this (Esther 4:14). Many left transformed, renewed in their purpose, and refocused on the Kingdom mandate.

In the spirit of John 17:21, the AWCF Ladies 2025 Luncheon fulfilled its mission of uniting women under one name, one faith, and one call: to lift up the name of Jesus in power and in truth. To God be the glory for what He has done and what He is yet to do.
